Summer Film Camp:
Refund Policy and Enrollment Terms
By enrolling your child in Boston Film Academy ("BFA") and Embassy Performing Arts Center's ("Embassy") Summer Film Camp, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Enrollment

Full tuition payment is due at the time of enrollment to secure a student’s spot.
2. Refund Policy

Cancellation before April 1st, 2026: full refund.

Cancellation before May 1st, 2026: half refund.

If BFA/Embassy must cancel an entire week of Summer Film Camp due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all tuition will be fully refunded.
3. Attendance & Make-Ups

BFA/Embassy does not offer refunds or make-up sessions for individual absences.

In the event of instructor illness or facility closure, BFA/Embassy will offer a prorated refund.
4. Conduct & Dismissal

BFA/Embassy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior endangers themselves, others, or the learning environment. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
